Couch-to-5K. I didn't feel like I needed to rest after morning training; my legs were a bit shaky from expending the energy, though. I walked the .5 mile from the community parking lot to work, we went for a walk (for ice cream!) in the afternoon - about a mile, and walked the .5 mile back to the parking lot again! I wasn't winded while walking, and I felt great! Yesterday, I even raced a co-worker during an Easter egg hunt -- up the stairs -- and I didn't feel like I was going to die!
